Sunflower seeds

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

I ate at the church Wednesday Eat Together (WET). They served baked chicken, broccoli and pasta, pizza bread (topped w/cheese and sausage) and a salad. I ate 3 chicken wings and a salad. Not bad, considerating that the pizza bread was calling to me loudly. But I talked myself out of it.

Dinner! BBQ pulled chicken on whole wheat bun, broccoli, cauliflower, reduced fat colby jack cheese stick, water, and a graham cracker with some chocolate frosting.

Shouldn't have had the cracker and frosting though, thats the only thing that put me over my calories and fat for the day emoticon
