Went to a Scandinavian Christmas festival... we had korv, swedish meatballs, red cabbage, beets, pickled herring, potatoes, fruit soup, and about 5 different varieties of rice pudding.

Nonfat cheese in sandwich of homemade bread (basically rye) - 'grilled' in something called a Tostabag that allows you to toast that in your toaster! Found that at the supermarket and thought it looked intriguing. Works OK. Actually toasted the bread!
