Didn't eat breakfast (overslept).
Soooo....I had a Chicken Cantina bowl from Taco Bell and their chips with guac. Was really good!

Salad: romaine, red pepper, cucumber, mushrooms, black beans, cottage cheese and Catalina Free dressing. Mini-sandwich: dinner roll, deli slice of turkey, 1/2 deli slice of baby swiss. And of course WATER!

Got up too late for lunch but I did have a mini meal mid afternoon of 1% cottage cheese with fresh pineapple chunks Also had 2 cups of air popped popcorn around 4 pm. Appetite was well under control by dinner and then some. emoticon

Tofu hash. Looks and tastes like a deconstructed frittata. Filled with veggies (kale, turnips, bell peppers, onion, potatoes), protein (tofu, vegan chicken burger patties) and spices (turmeric, chili pepper, herbamare, garlic powder, onion powder). Oh, and nutritional yeast for B-vitamins.

Someone told me her cholesterol went down because she made omelets with vegetables. Well I tried it and it was not only fun and healthy, but tasted good. You can use almost anything. I made a four egg omelet with red emoticon pepper, red onion, zucchini, cooked carrots, and spinach. I had plenty left over. Had my omelet with a 99% fat free multigrain slice of bread (110 cal.).

1/3 piece chicken enchilada, 2 small corn tortillas with small amount beef, cheese and sour cream filling, 4 tortilla chips with 1 tbsp salsa, 2 chocolate chip cookie a small piece pumpkin cake, glass of OJ.

Went to an after church social event. This totaled up to 800 calories, sure glad I had only a piece of toast this am. Came out even! woohoo :D

Vegan hash:

- extra firm tofu
- fried turnips (in EVOO)
- fried baby potatoes (in EVOO)
- steamed kale
- red pepper
- sweet onion
- 2 julienned carrots
- 2 crumbled up st. yves chick'n burger
- seasoning salt
- turmeric
- chili pepper
- fresh basil

I made tons of this hash...will be eating it all week! SO delicious.
