Courgette (zucchini?) flowers dipped in a little flower mixed with water and beaten egg then
fried in a non-stick ceramic pan wsith no oil (from our garden) and Romaine lettuce and
radishes (from our garden) with Balsamic vinaigrette. Bowl of strawberries.

1/2 flatout bread with slice of ham and slice of reduced cheese with raw vegetables. normally i have homemade spinach dip with them but need to make a new batch.

Discount bin fresh mushrooms, sliced and still good. Cooked in a little olive oil. Added Campbells cream of mushroom soup and some water. Used a stick blender (hand blender) to produce a puree with some whole mushroom slices left. Then added a can of black-eyed peas and heated it all up. Cheap!

Lunch today was a can of tuna with mustard and a tbsp of barbeque sauce mixed in along with 3 cups of mixed veggies I cooked myself...good stuff!

A sandwich made with sandwich slim bread, extra lean ham, romaine lettuce, and cheddar cheese, accompanied with celery, broccoli, tomatoes, and carrots.
