I ate out at the Co-op's hot bar. I wan't able to measure my portions exactly, but I used the plate % guideline: 1/2 plate low starch veggies (cabbage and kale), 1/4 starch (baked potato) 1/4 protein (local beef stirfry)

Tuna salad and mix fruits

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!
