i had some raisins, wheat pita bread with cream cheese, chicken, uhh... haagen daz raspberry sorbet, squash and cabbage with rice, cereal with cream...i THINK that may be it...oh and coffee. and some fruit.

Fried potatoes with green onion's, tomato and 2 over easy eggs with 2 whole wheat toast.
32 oz of water.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

oh yes...lotsa of stuff!

a mere 6 grams each of:
raisins, dates, dried apricots, strawberries, peanuts, cornflakes, pretzel stix and dried banana chips -- plus 500 ml of herbal tea without sugar.

so all my fiber, potassium, vitamin c and much more, all in one!
