A wholemeal bread sandwich containing left-over roast lamb, a slice of reduced fat cheddar cheese, a little bit of tomato sauce and a few leaves of cos lettuce.
It was what I consider to be a big lunch meal.

pumpkin grilled cheese sandwich (canned pumpkin mixed with laughing cow cheese and onion topped with fat free cheddar) sounds gross but is so delicious. Ketchup and baby carrots.

I made a pasta salad w whole grain rotini, olives, orange bell peppersand grape tomatoes, tossed w a little balsamic and a 3 oz can of tuna, it was yummy

Chicken salad sandwich:

2 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp sweet relish
1 cooked chicken breast (diced)
Mix them all together, add tomatoes, and wrap them in a small multi grain wrap...sooo good
