2 cups fresh baby spinach, 1/2 c. garbanzo beans, 1 oz crumbled feta, 2 tbl. no fat rasberry dressing. Yummy salad!

Stir "fry" shrimp, broccoli, & brown rice cooked in water & tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.

Next time will use less oil, the shrimp doesn't need that much.

I threw some boneless skinless chicken breasts in the broiler, made a salad then sliced the chicken up and throw over the salad, and topped the whole thing with a vinaigrette that I made myself :) yummm

2 objectives for my lunch today:
1) Needed to cook a chicken breast & 2)needed to add more protein to my meals so...
I made a chicken and bean soup. Delish! Everything that went in -
Cubed chicken breast, white beans, spinach, onions, low sodium chicken broth, salsa, cumin powder, chili powder, pepper, dab of flour for thickening purposes, & tbsp of evoo to cook chicken.

Added sliced cucumber to give it a nice and refreshing bite. Yum!
