Made myself a salad of baby spinach leaves, red and yellow peppers cut fine, sweet onions, grated carrots, cubed cucumber pieces and a sprinkling of trail mix with Ken's FF Raspberry Pecan dressing. It tasted amazing, I was so pleased!
Chicken salad with cottage cheese instead of mayo, cherries, apples, celery and walnuts. with cucumbers on top and more apple on the side. yum
