Ah...best friend's birthday, she wanted cheesecake factory. I had lunch chicken special and ate the whole thing. BUT I did skip out on cheesecake. That's all the willpower I could handle today.

And I'm doubling up on workouts to try to make it up to myself. I just hit my goal weight (of 10 years!) this weekend and had to set another, I don't want to start going backward.
