Didn't bring my lunch into work today as I was too busy to prep it yesterday. Soooo... I ate the cafeteria Turkey Scalopini (declining the pasta), with a side of string beans and a side of steamed squash.
Also a tall glass of water and a small cup of coffee (with, alas, whole milk in it -- can't make myself do skim) -- there's nothing in between.
Working on healthy: Nutritious, sustainable, day to day, low carb-ish living. AND getting out and about and exercising... Yep, better do that!
Oh that sweet potato is really yummy isnt it. I cut mine into french fry pieces, slide into the microwave for just 30 seconds, (to soften) then rinse with water and sprinkle rosemary on top and place them lined up in a conventional oven for 15min! I got this one off of Sparks recipes.. I Just cant get enough of them its just like having french fries! Try this sometime -
