A yummy sandwich that had 3 oz chicken, 2 slices of low sodium bacon, with a melted sliver of american cheese on a whole wheat roll with field greens and tomatoes. Also had a side salad with strawberries and grapes.

a trader joe's "guilt free" filet of sole with butter beans a spinach. only 190 calories and 3 grams of fat. It was really delicious, especially for something quick...

Chipotle steak burrito bowl. Steak, black beans, grilled onions and bell-pepper, pico de gallo, green sauce, fresh lettuce and guacamole. Then I squeezed some lemon over it and a few splashes of Tabasco...YUM!

Brought a turkey burger (no bun). I actually didn't have any salad greens to I went up to the cafeteria at work and made myself a side salad at the mini bar...some spinach, raw mushroom, onion and raw zuchini strips with a little balsamic vinegar. It was all delicious!

A veggie burger grill red onion's with mushroom.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

Awesome lunch today.. I think it'll become a staple.
3.5 oz pkg frozen bay scallops
1 oz dry sherry
grated ginger
1/2 tsp sugar
tsp flour

I was improvising so I tossed the sherry, ginger and flour into the frying pan and brought it to a boil to reduce and thicken.. tossed in the scallops and cooked for about 4 minutes. They were spectacular emoticon

Sherry 45 cal / Scallops 80 cal 14gm protein / sugar, flour, ginger 30 cal = 155 cal

I only had the scallops today but I normally put them over rice. 3.5 oz is a lot of scallops.

A tuna wrap--1/2 a can of tuna (I am really picky about my tuna...it's imported from Italy and packed in olive oil. I get it from an Italian grocery store), lemon, olives, chopped celery, red pepper, about a tablespoon of mayo and onion with a sprinkle of fat free feta on a low carb wrap. There is 12 grams of fiber in the wrap and loads of protein in the tuna. About 350 calories and very filling!
