I'm planning on having a 6" Subway sandwich: chicken breast strips, jalapeno peppers, lots of lettuce, cucumbers, and fat free honey mustard on 9-grain wheat bread. Yum!

I had a cajun chicken breast diced up over a bed of lettuce with a cucumber and a fudge stick for dessert.

a few days ago i made homemade chili with extra lean ground beef kidney beans garbanzo beans and black beans, diced canned tomatoes and some simple seasonings. well today for lunch i had 1 cup of chili with 2/3 cups of frozen mixed veggies mixed in it was amazing and less than 400 calories! =]
