Yes - one of the most "eclectic" smoothies of my life:

kefir, almond milk, water, broccoli, tomato, pineapple, pineapple juice, banana, watermelon, frozen peach slices, frozen blueberries, sweet potato and coconut milk. Oh and baby spinach. I might omit the broc next time though...you could really taste it.

Oatmeal and blueberries

I just got a 1-2 serving personal blender so for breakfast this morning I made a smoothie using vanilla yogurt, strawberries, blackberries and half a banana! It was delish!!

Injured myself yesterday w/ a fall from the bike so~~pineapple chunks ~~for bromelain, aids in bruises
~~banana~~ aids in Potassium~prevents muscle spasms
~~Quaker flavored oatmeal ~~for my cholestrol--already DOWN 47 PTs!!
and 1/2 cup orange juice~~ has FOLATE ,which helps prevent colon cancer {had polyps in my colon~benign}and I JUST LIKE IT!! :)emoticon

a serving of steel-cut oatmeal mixed w/2 tbsp flaxseed, 1/4 cup 2% milk and sprinkled w/cinnamon. This keeps me full from 0800-1130 no problem.

Made it to the 140s. Haven't been here since 5 years ago.
