Made a Smoothie took only 5 minutes or less to make.

In a blender I threw in about

1 cup of frozen cubed mangoes
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1 fresh banana
1 sm apple cored with skin
4 oz of bottled water

and blended it till smooth. Delicious. emoticonemoticonemoticonemoticonemoticon

egg omelet with onions and peppers, ham, and cheese, 1 slice of WW whole grain bread with 1/2 tbsp. margarine.

Of course, my usual coffee with fat free creamer and sunu crystals.
