Yes i did. I had my usual cup & a 1/2 of reg. coffee with 4 Tbs. of Sugar free, hazelnut creamer & 1 cup of multigrain cherrios with 1/2 a cup of Vanilla flavored, Almond milk & 1 extra small, sliced up banana in it. YUM!
I'm having an egg white omelette with mushrooms, plum tomato, and slice of american lowfat cheese, two breakfast turkey patties and two strawberries on the side! washing it all down with a tall glass of water! yummy!!!

When I was down at my ideal weight and maintaining it-I always had an egg sandwich (at least 5 days a week) and I was not hungry in between meals- When I strayed and started eating cereals and muffins or fruit (basically no protein involved)I noticed that in between meals I needed something to snack on to maintain my energy. I now speak w a dietician on a regular and he states protein w each meal is key to sustaining energy and not having crashes in my blood sugar level causing me to snack.
