Yes i did. I had my usual cup & a 1/2 of reg. coffee with 4 Tbs. of Sugar free, hazelnut creamer & 1 cup of multigrain cherrios with 1/2 a cup of Vanilla flavored, Almond milk & 1 extra small, sliced up banana in it. YUM!

Eggs (sometimes w turkey or canadian bacon) on wheat

When I was down at my ideal weight and maintaining it-I always had an egg sandwich (at least 5 days a week) and I was not hungry in between meals- When I strayed and started eating cereals and muffins or fruit (basically no protein involved)I noticed that in between meals I needed something to snack on to maintain my energy. I now speak w a dietician on a regular and he states protein w each meal is key to sustaining energy and not having crashes in my blood sugar level causing me to snack.

Starbucks turkey bacon, egg, and white cheddar sandwich. (My roommate works for Starbucks and is always bringing their food home -- at least this one is a fairly healthy choice!!)

I had what has become my go to breakfast.

One Thomas Better Start Multi Grain English Muffin

I've been trying to start my day with a few more fresh juices and green smoothies. I've been doing a lot of reading about how to ramp up my body's detoxification work.

This is a great energetic morning drink and a great way to get in a serving of leafy greens before noon! don't be scared. its green, but you can only taste the fruit.

Combine the following ingredients in a blender.
8 oz. filtered water
handful of baby spinach
1 banana
handful of ice

DELICIOUS!
