I used to be terrible about skipping breakfast, but I've been really working on that!
coffee
2 egg whites + 1 egg with:
chopped red peppers, mushrooms and green onion
topped with salsa
1/2 orowheat sandwich thin with 1 tbsp fat free cream cheese

a nice breakfast - 208 calories!

I do the 6 small meal a day thing...

one bowl (probably two servings) of quaker oats cereal with fat-free milk. also had a grapefruit 2-3hrs later.

I ate a Fage 0% yogurt with fresh blueberries, toasted almond slivers and a little bit of honey. It was satisfying and kept me full.

Yes- I had a Jimmy Dean's Delights English Muffin Sandwich..only I took off the turkey sausage and added canadian bacon instead. Soo good, and less than 300 calories!

A small bowl of cantelope and when that didn't fill me up, I ate 3 Breton Multigrain crackers with a little bit of peanut butter spread on each.
