Breakfast is a must for me. Usually, it's cereal with skim milk & fruit. Usually some kind of Kashi cereal. Sometimes it's scrambled eggs (1 whole egg, 1 egg white, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1 Tbs reduced fat cheddar) and 1/2 Thomas light multigrain English Muffin with 1 tsp all fruit spread.

In the week, I have oatmeal and honey-quick wasy and fulling. Sometimes I add a banana, rasins or grapes on the side. Then on the weekend, I mix it up. Today I had poached egg, english muffins, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms. Tomorrow (and I'm looking forward to this) I'm having yogurt, strawberries and plums with honey. If I feel really adventureous, I'll make pancakes-esp now my b/f showed me how to flip them properly!
I'd like to take a pill that made me six stone. Then I could eat my way back up to ten. What a great weekend that would be. Jo Brand.
