Hello everyone I'm new here so is it ok if I jump right in?
I don't know if this is good for you but it sounded good lol I have oatmeal with 1 tbs brown sugar and 2 tsp butter and I also had a green tea.

Having a late breaky here... had a tea first, but after reading what everyone has had today- I'm going to make an omelette, and a half a bagel- ran outta bread. I love breakfast!

1/2 cup of quick oatmeal (measured dry and then prepred with water)
-cinnamon
-1 small ripe banana (chopped into the oatmeal)
-Trader Joe's raisin mix (about 20 raisins)
-Trader Joe's dried wild blueberries (1 tbsp)
-Trader Joes slices, dry-roasted, no salt almonds (1 tbsp)
-1 tbsp of splenda blend
-drop of vanilla extract...

I have this EVERY morning and it keeps me full and has a lot of essential nutrients!

I made steel-cut oatmeal with Light Silk soy milk and sprinkled a little caramel-flavored splenda and cocoa powder on top... it was like dessert for breakfast!

Apple and oatmeal with cinnamon and nonfat milk

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

I definitely agree; I think we can all take time for ourselves to make sure we are not eating just any old thing; that is what got me in trouble in the first place so for my breakfast I just had Shredded Wheat cereal and a piece of whole wheat toast with ff milk.

I had a delicious Mushroom and Onion omelette with 1 whole egg and 1 egg white. I make it with one quick spray of Olive Oil pam and it's only about 170 calories. Yummy :D
