Usually it's honey bunches of oats with almonds and skim milk or activia/fiber one yogurt and a cup of apple juice. Occasionally it's an apple with a scoop of peanut butter. I rarely have much time in the morning.

In the past I used to skip breakfast, but then I'd gobble down whatever I could get my hands on before he morning was even half-way through. To top it off, I was miserable, too. Now, I can't leave the house without having either shredded wheat, oatmeal, or an egg with toast. I need nutrition before I can leave for work.
I ate 3 oreo cookies and a glass of cherry koolaid. Terrible but no worse than most sugared cereals, I figure. I have tried lately to eat something healthy so it's usually a bowl of bran cereal with milk or a bowl of oatmeal with sugar, milk and butter. Today is my first day with sparkpeople so obviously I intend to do better than I have done. I wouldn't be in this shape if I'd been eating healthy foods for the past ten years. I'm so grateful to have a place like this to get support. I know it will help.
