I ate a cup & a half of reg. coffee w/hazelnut creamer & a Perfect Zone brand, all natural, strawberry nutrition bar. It was delicous & filling!

Here's my new favorite...

1/4 cup raisins
1 banana
2 Tbsp non-fat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp Flax seeds

Mix all up. I thought it tasted pretty good. Hubby just looked at me weird.

I just made my own yogurt - which was amazing! Also this morning, tried steel cut oats for the first time. Very tasty and chewy. Much better than regular oatmeal!

Usually it's honey bunches of oats with almonds and skim milk or activia/fiber one yogurt and a cup of apple juice. Occasionally it's an apple with a scoop of peanut butter. I rarely have much time in the morning.

In the past I used to skip breakfast, but then I'd gobble down whatever I could get my hands on before he morning was even half-way through. To top it off, I was miserable, too. Now, I can't leave the house without having either shredded wheat, oatmeal, or an egg with toast. I need nutrition before I can leave for work.

I ate 3 oreo cookies and a glass of cherry koolaid. Terrible but no worse than most sugared cereals, I figure. I have tried lately to eat something healthy so it's usually a bowl of bran cereal with milk or a bowl of oatmeal with sugar, milk and butter. Today is my first day with sparkpeople so obviously I intend to do better than I have done. I wouldn't be in this shape if I'd been eating healthy foods for the past ten years. I'm so grateful to have a place like this to get support. I know it will help.emoticon

Today we had our big SDunday breakfast. It consists of breakfast potatoes, eggs bacon, sausage, & toast. It's not the most healthy. but it's not so bad either with lots of protein.
