This mornings breakie was 2 slices of whole wheat bread (170 cal) with tsp becel and 2 oz skim milk mozzarella cheese along with a cup of grapes. Washed it down with 2 bottles of water and 2 black coffees!!

emoticon Yes indeed, i did eat breakfast. I ate 1 package of Quaker instant oatmeal, apple cinnamon flavor along with 1 piece of 100% whole wheat/whole grain toast w/1 tbs. of butter on top. It was delicous & i stayed in my calorie goal too! emoticon

I find it difficult to eat much so early in the morning, so every day with my cup of coffee, I make a Carnation Instant Breakfast with a cup of skim milk. It's effortless, tastes like chocolate milk, and is packed with vitamins and minerals and protein. Sometimes work is so hectic I don't find myself sitting down to eat lunch until 2pm, but the Carnation keeps me pretty satisfied. :)
