Made some juice with 3 apples and a lemon (incl. peel). Great pick-me-up in the morning. Ruined it with a bowl of shreddies but I'm already struggling today with an early start after finding myself driving around the city at 1 a.m. in an effort to recharge a flat car battery!!

I had a bowl of vegetable soup and added some pieces of turkey. Not my usual breakfast but it was cold this morning and I felt like having soup. I always eat breakfast but usually fruit and oatmeal, or cold cereal with soy milk and added berries and nuts.

Almost every morning because its fast I either scramble or fry (with spray oil) 2eggs, 1 carb balance tortilla,1 cup ff milk. Either before or after this I have a cup of green tea. Believe me I like to eat and this keeps me full until about 11.
I haven't gone to bed yet! *LOL* When I do wake up, I will probably have 1 cup of Special K with berries and 1% milk, 1 cup of the smoothie my husband makes every morning (soy milk, strawberries, mangos, and banana), and a cup of coffee.
If I hooked my keyboard up to a treadmill, I would have literally walked hundreds of miles in the shoes of my World of Warcraft character. Now there's an idea!
