I teach and usually I'm rushing around before school getting ready. I normally drink coffee before I get to work. Then once I'm there I eat a fat free yogurt and a banana. That will tide me over until lunch. I have them a couple of hours apart. The coffee really fills me up at first though. Sometimes I will have a granola bar also.
toasted whole wheat bagel thin (just found these at the store the other day and I am hooked!!!)egg white omelet with fat free cheese(1oz) and 3 slices of turkey -made a sandwich! I am finding that this sandwich keeps me full for a good while!

Breakfast is my favorite meal and eggs are my favorite food. Majority of the time I eat 2-3 eggwhites & broccoli. Sometimes I use peppers and onions instead of broccoli, with some type of cheese. The key to this breakfast is seasoning it with eithe onion & garlic powder, s&p or Adobo. You will not believe the difference it makes. It's quick too. I steam frozen broccoli in the microwave for a minute with saran wrap -1-2 cups. Yes it is a lot, but it is so good mixed together in an omelette (somewhat of an omelette, I was never good at them). Yummy to me and others I've introduced it to.
I had 2 poached eggs, 1 slice Brownberry Double Fiber bread (my favorite with added fiber, bonus)grapes, 2 strawberies and 2 pieces of low-sodium bacon. (I know, I oculd have done w/o the bacon, but it is a Sunday treat:)
I like to switch things up if I have extra time on the weekends. During the week I eat: 1 south beach protein bar 1 fuji apple .5 tbs of peanut butter 1 danon light & fit diabetic friendly yogurt (only 2g of sugar!) (I eat this throughout the span of the morning, not all at once) During the weekend I try to have something more interesting. This weekend I tried this (and it was really good!): 1 fat free tortilla wrap 1 serving of eggbeaters 1/2 of a morning star garden vegetable veggieburger 1 tsp of colby & monterry cheese & then I had a yogurt and an apple later on. It was a very tasty creation = ]
