Actually had more like a brunch, went out a special treat, had a large waffle with little butter and SF syrup, 2 eggs and 2 pc bacon.

Egg White Omlette with 1 slice fat free cheese and 2 slices turkey breast. Cut in half, 1 half on a toasted Arnold sandwich bread w. sugar free strawberry jelly, and a banana and coffee. Yummmmmm.

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!

oatmeal with egg whites and cinnamon. Sounds kind of weird at first, but you mix it all up together and put it in the microwave and it tastes kind of like mushy french toast.

The protein though will take me thru the entire morning.

Oh I also had some fruit.

1 small pancake, 1 T of syrup, and half a grapefruit.

It was so hard--- my husband stunk up the whole house making bacon. I LOVE BACON! But, I said no.

I sat and watched him eat 5 pancakes with butter and syrup while I ate one.

Sometimes I hate dieting...

...BUT I remind myself the joy and satisfaction that comes on a good weigh in!emoticon

We eat organic steel cut oats (soaked the night before) after it's cooked 2 teaspoons of flax hearts, 4 teaspoons of organic hempseeds and 4 teaspoons of organic unsweetened, unsulphered coconut, topped off with organic whole brown rice milk.
