We eat organic steel cut oats (soaked the night before) after it's cooked 2 teaspoons of flax hearts, 4 teaspoons of organic hempseeds and 4 teaspoons of organic unsweetened, unsulphered coconut, topped off with organic whole brown rice milk.

1 pepperidge farm 100 calorie whole wheat mini bagel with a tablespoon of peanut butter and slices of banana on top (I went ahead and finished off the banana, too).

Also, 6 raw almonds for a mid-morning snack.

My favorite lately is my omlet. one or two eggs, with fresh mushroom sauteed with cut up turkey bacon and fresh diced roma tomatos and colby jack cheese inside, about an ounce. Keeps me full for about 4 hours, oh and sometimes i put a couple slices of avocado on top.
