I know the SparkGods will strike me down for this, but I find breakfast to be vastly over-rated in that I eat CONSTANTLY on the days I partake of a morning meal. So, no, I did not have breakfast.

I have just recently discovered that a small bowl of shredded wheat (spoonsize, unsweetened) with 2% or non-fat milk effectively stifles my appetite. I seem not to crave sweets or snacks, don't eat much during the day. It's working great so far.
