I had a southern breakfast. Buiscuits, two eggs an some sausage. High in fat, but good for Labor day! I ate lightly the rest of the day to make up for it.

I eat the same thing almost every day for breakfast - a fried egg sandwich on a whole wheat english muffin & some processed cheese. And a cup of milk. About 3 times per week, I will have a delicious cup of coffee w/ some half and half and sugar as well.

I eat breakfast each day. I think my body would go into hibernation mode without it!

I made quaker oats (old fashion style) with 1.5 ounce of light n fit yogurt, and also added .25 cup of blueberries and .50 cup of strawberries.
Can't get more nutritious than that :)
