I eat the same thing almost every day for breakfast - a fried egg sandwich on a whole wheat english muffin & some processed cheese. And a cup of milk. About 3 times per week, I will have a delicious cup of coffee w/ some half and half and sugar as well.
I eat breakfast each day. I think my body would go into hibernation mode without it!
