oh - yes and it was delicious - oatmeal with dried cherries, pecans, sugar in the raw, and cinnamon.... It was perfect. Yesterday was pretty good too. A 2 egg omelet with spinach and cheese and salsa on top.. Heavenly!

today I will affirm that i am a gift to myself and that nurturing self care delivers that gift in its highest form.
