since I stay up part of the night to listen for my dad (he has dementia and he wanders) so I get up at 11-12 noon, so I eat lunch to break my fast - I had a low fat cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with lite kraft,1 oz of chips, water to drink and 1/2 large banana

I always have all my vitamins/minerals with ACV water and a tangelo. Then switch around with oatmeal, or 1 slice multi-grain toast with 1 T. peanut butter, or two eggs with 1 slice toast with butter spray. Oh - AND COFFEE!!!!

I can't eat much in the am and I don't eat eggs so I am limited. Usually a bowl of Cheerios and nonfat milk is good. My treat day would be Quaker Oat Squares 😊
