I had a power breakfast, 1/3 cup steel cut oats, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1 tbs. organic peanut butter, 1 small banana, 1/2 cup almond milk all microwaved together for 360 cals!

Just keep going...

Yes, eggs and bacon and coffee. Zero carbs. Kept me so full, I was able to skip lunch, and having grilled chicken for dinner. No blood sugar spike, so no snacking, yay!
