Famous DASH Group Pancakes

Nutrition Info
Calories: 249.4
Fat: 10.0g
Carbohydrates: 27.8g
Protein: 13.9g
Ingredients

2 whole eggs (or 1 egg plus one egg white - nutrition info calculated for 2 whole eggs), beaten well
1 medium sized banana, mashed well

Optional: dash or two of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

Mash the banana well in a medium bowl. Beat the eggs and mix into the banana. Add vanilla and cinnamon, as needed. Ladle onto well-sprayed non-stick pre-warmed griddle. Cook over medium to medium-high heat until well-browned on first side. Turn and cook other side. Serve with additional fruit or other pancake toppings, as desired.

Serving Size: Serves one or two, depending on appetite

I eat breakfast every morning. Today I had a flatbread hamburger roll with 1 tbsp light mayonnaise and 1 egg fried in Pam. I had 1/2 a banana and 1 mug of coffee.

I just had a pumpkin parfait. Layered greek yogurt, pumpkin, and a mixture of oats and life cereal. I added stevia, pumpkin pie spice, and maple flavor to the pumpkin and yogurt!
