cup of blueberries (frozen but thawed in fridge overnight)
3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
2tbs ground flax

breakfast of champions.

Yoplait Strawberry Greek Yogurt and a Honey Maid Peanut Butter Grahamful. Same thing everyday, sometimes I switch it up and do yogurt and string cheese, but always one of those two things with yogurt.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!

I had multigrain porridge, cooked in 1/2 water and 1/2 skim milk, with cinamon and 1/2 a banana. After cooking, I added wheat germ, low-fat greek yoghurt and peanut butter

Very filling!
