A protein fruit smoothie with the following ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup Fage Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Banana

Breakfast always. Today I had one of my favorites: 1/4 cup egg substitute scrambled in PAM coated pan, 1 Morningstar Farms "sausage" link; 1 packet Quaker instant grits sprayed with a little "I can't believe it's not butter" and a sprinkling of pepper, 1/2 fresh tomato, sliced, 4 oz O.J., and a large decaf coffee w 2 tbsp fat free coffeemate and splenda. About 300 calories and heart healthy with no cholesterol.
