I had a piece of wheat toast, cottage cheese, banana, and a decaf nonfat latte! Perfect start to my day. :)

I want to think again of dangerous and noble things. I want to be light and frolicsome. I want to be improbable and beautiful and afraid of nothing as though I had wings.

I always eat breakfast. I think it's mostly a habit but I had an all natural breakfast round from Costco with planters nutrition peanut butter and celery. Coffee too, of course, or I would never get to my workouts!
