Homemade breakfast sandwich. English muffin, prosciutto, egg and a slice of 2% Cheddar Cheese. Came to below 300 calories, and it was ten times better, then the nasty crossantwich from BurgerKing.. ick.

I had leftover mongolian beef. I tend to find eating leftovers in the morning or making a smoothie gives me more energy in the day than eating something like oatmeal, cereal, or pancakes.

I forgot this morning- was in a rush as I was running late to spend the day with my boyfriend (which was silly, as boyfriend was still sleeping by the time I got there). But I did eat one of his hard-boiled eggs about an hour after arriving.

I had 1/4 c of Bob's Red Mill Meusli wiht 1/2 c almond milk and 1 T ground flax, I put it in the microwave for a few seconds and eat it as a warm cereal.
