one small cupcake at B/D morning meeting. when I got home had brunch = green smoothie with kale, spinach, pineapple, beet and purple carrot juice with lemon, apple, and parsley. Looked terrible but I put it in a green glass and couldn't see it.

I always eat breakfast! Lately, I've been doing 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg and a 1/4 cup of either asparagus or broccoli. Sometimes I will sprinkle with a tablespoon of shredded cheese. Yummy!
