YES , 1 grapefruit with a sprinkle of cinnamon, fat free plain yogurt with 2 Tbsp of milled flax seed in it, a unsweetened Motts applesauce cup, 2 dried prunes.
Unsweetened green tea, a cup of black coffee.

I had one eggland best egg and 4 egg whites scramble with 3/4 cup of onions, tomatoes and 1 cup of spinach. i used Pam spray and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. I ate it with a piece of whole wheat toast.

I made my own fruit bowl. I cut up an apple and a banana and then I added some Orange juice. It tasted really good and I felt very healthy emoticon

Yes. I ate Chobani Greek Yogurt with the Mango on the bottom. Very yummy. Glad to read through what other people eat for breakfast because I will probably get tired of eating greek yogurt every morning. :)

Cold leftover mashed potatoes, mixed with spicy chopped vegetables (plenty of diced hot peppers) and a smidgin of parmesan cheese, with scrambled eggs. All mixed together and heated in the microwave. This is my comfort food....
