Porridge made with a 5 grain mix, cooked in 1/2 water and 1/2 skim milk, with cinnamon and half a banana. After cooking, I added ground flaxseed, Easiyo low-fat greek yoghurt and wheat germ

Yes, I had oatmeal with some cinnamon and fresh blackberries (and coffee, of course).

Every morning during the week I eat a serving of Weetabix cereal (two cakes), a cup of almond milk, and a serving of frozen or fresh berries. I usually stick with frozen because they thaw in the almond milk and they're less expensive than fresh berries, which I buy only when I can afford them.

During the weekend, I usually try to mix it up! Can't stick in the same routine all the time. :P
