I always eat breakfast after morning workouts. I go with either oatmeal with some chocolate chip trail mix for sweetness and protein or multi-grain cereal with a generous portion of fruit added to help me get used to the smaller portions of cereal.

I eat a hearty breakfast every day...I have three breakfasts that I use as my basis (I am gluten free)

One is a corn tortilla, two eggs scrambled, one half ounce cheddar cheese and either leftover broccoli, leftover spinach or even leftover yellow squash....sometimes I have leftover mushrooms and onions but not as often...usually there is more egg mixture than will fit in the 6 inch corn tortilla so I just eat that with a fork.

Breakfast 2 is Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oatmeal (1/2 cup dry) and then after it cooks I add a half cup of blueberries and one tablespoon of cream. Sometimes I make a side of two egg whites fried to go with it.

Breakfast 3 is yogurt, some fresh fruit (depends on what I have) and some gluten free granola. Sometimes I make a side of two egg whites fried to go with it.

Having 3 breakfasts makes it so I don't get tired of the same thing. And then each breakfast lends itself to endless variations.

First day actually eating breakfast in a very long time!
I had a whole wheat english muffin toasted and 1 fried egg; also made a smoothie with strawberry, mango, pineapple, banana oj and yogurt.

Gym days, I eat a Chobani yogurt & Kashi bar.....Other days it may be a bowl of cereal with a banana, or a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter & a hard-boiled egg. I do variations.
