Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:28
My first breakfast, whole wheat/oatmeal pancake w/sugar free syrup. Cup of coffee w/tsp of sugar free french vanilla creamer. I normally have oatmeal, but I had the pancake yesterday and it held me over to what I call my second breakfast in a couple of hours :) I guess it is a snack but i call it my second breakfast and it is normally a smoothie of yogurt/blueberries/almonds.
