Yup, I have breakfast every day. This morning was two cups of coffee, and a poached egg on one slice whole wheat toast. Not very exciting but fills me up.

Starting Weight: 268 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

1/2 grapefruit with .5 tsp sugar,2 c coffee, 3/4 c cooked oatmeal with dash salt .25 tsp honey, 5 sprays "I can't belive it's not butter" and 15 raisins. .25c eggbeaters and an egg yolk. First day switchin' from instant to quick oatmeal to reduce salt and sugar.........oatmeal was rough. Need time to adjust to low sugar/salt. Grapefruit and egg were great. Don't forget the daily vitamins. Not givin' up...........first day I made my sodium goalemoticon

Porridge cooked with 1/2 cup of 6 grain porridge mix, 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup of water, a chopped white nectarine and cinnamon.
After cooking I added 4 Tb of toasted wheat germ, 2 Tb of low-fat greek yoghurt & a Tb of LSA

I have been calling what I make a green drink, but I suppose it is a smoothie and I had a glass for breakfast: ice, pineapple juice, lemon yogurt, parsley, kale, spinach, persian cucumbers, celery and strawberries...yumemoticon

My first breakfast, whole wheat/oatmeal pancake w/sugar free syrup. Cup of coffee w/tsp of sugar free french vanilla creamer. I normally have oatmeal, but I had the pancake yesterday and it held me over to what I call my second breakfast in a couple of hours :) I guess it is a snack but i call it my second breakfast and it is normally a smoothie of yogurt/blueberries/almonds.
