Porridge cooked with 1/2 cup of 5 grain porridge mix, 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup of water, 1/2 a sliced banana and cinnamon.
After cooking I added 4 Tb of toasted wheat germ & 2 Tb of LSA

Green smoothie: a frozen banana, handful of spinach, half a handful of kale, 1/2 cup frozen mangos, 1/2 cup peaches, a few pinches of alfalfa sprouts, a tbsp hemp seeds, a tbsp flax meal, and one cup of water. Yummy :)
