Porridge - cooked with 1/4 cup of 6 grain porridge mix, 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup of water, a chopped green pear, cinnamon and I indulged and added some stevia.
After cooking, I added 4 Tb of stabilized wheat germ and 1 Tb of chopped peanuts

My favorite breakfast, Eggs Benedict. I make the hollandaise sauce with liquid butter, use Omega 3 eggs, whole wheat English muffins, and I poach my egg in boiling water. For the meat, I'll use whatever's on hand, love country ham or smoked salmon.
