If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

Thought I would cut it mostly in half this morning:

1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup nonfat milk
10 grams chopped almonds
20 grams raisins
50 grams banana

I had a HUGE breakfast because I have a weigh-in @ my doctors and I am not suppose to lose weight.

1 cup of steamed veggies, 1 piece of turkey ham, 1 egg, 1/4 serving of beans
1 serving of grapes
1 toast with cinnamon.

Porridge - cooked with 1/2 cup of 6 grain porridge mix, 1 cup of skim milk, 3/4 cup of water, a chopped josephine pear and cinnamon.
After cooking, I added 4 Tb of stabilized wheat germ, 1 Tb of chopped peanuts and 1 Tb of low-fat Greek yoghurt

Typically having cereal now a days. Either plain cheerios, or plain rice chex with about 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk. Maybe some cinnamon sprinkled on the cheerios, but chex and almond milk is potentially the greatest combination in the world.

After cooking, I added 4 Tb of stabilized wheat germ, 1 Tb of chopped peanuts and 1 Tb of chopped walnuts

Creamy and filling
