yes & always, a variety of breakfast foods, honey nut cheerios, special k, hot oatmeal cereal, toast and peanut butter, eggs, rice cake with melted cheddar cheese, coffee and fruit always rounds out my breakfast...

Switched up my breakfast today... so glad I did because it was DELICIOUS!

1/2 cup oats made on the stove-top with 1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk and 1/2 cup water
Topped the oats with 1/2 cup organic frozen mango, 1 Tbsp ground flax meal, and 1 Tbsp coconut butter-- which I've basically decided is the best thing EVER!
