Actually today was a cheat day. We were at our family cabin and my parents think we are supposed to have a big breakfast. They cannot settle for special K!

So, I had one biscuit with some homemade sausage gravy with some scrambled eggs.

That means, tomorrow will be a fiber bar or a protein bar!! Maybe even the Special K since I am off work for President's Day.

Yes, I had Porridge, cooked with 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of skim milk & 1 cup of water.
After cooking, I stirred in 1 Tb of smooth peanut butter

I love our Sunday brunches! It's the only day I can make a hearty breakfast for my husband! Brunch means we are eating a big breakfast late and I'm NOT making lunch! LOL
Today I had two slices of shoulder bacon that is so lean that I have to use non-stick cooking spray to fry it up! I also had a Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Bagel Flat with Olivio spray. And a pepper, onion and mushroom omlet using Omega 3 eggs.

I did eat breakfast today! Third day in a row. :) Today I had 2 eggs, a slice of colby cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread, and a glass of water. I am finding that I feel much better all day if I eat a good breakfast.
