Not the best breakfast today; have some instant flavored oatmeal that I'm trying to use up (too sugary for me)

-1 packet Quaker Instant Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
-1/4 cup Bran Flakes
-1/2 cup Cap'n Crunch Treasure Hunt (reduced sugar)
-10 raspberries
-6 almonds
-1/8 cup Silk Light Vanilla soy milk

I make a kind of homemade musli to get my fibre quota and I find it very filling. 30gm Rolled oats, 30gm All Bran, 30gm Dried Mixed Fruit & 150ml Semi-Skimmed Milk (370kcal).

Yes, I actually had two breakfasts

I helped a friend hand-deliver the local paper early in the morning, and had a snack beforehand of 1 slice of wholegrain bread with 1/2 Tb of Kraft smooth peanut butter

Later that morning, i had a bigger meal of porridge made with 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of skim milk & 1 Tb of kraft smooth peanut butter.
And a can of diet coke.

Porridge, nice and simple, can make it an a cup of tea in 5 minutes.

40g Oats
180g Semi-skimmed milk
1tsp Strawberry jam

mixed 1/3 cup non fat cottage cheese with 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce, some splenda and cinnamon. A half of a banana and a fresh peeled apple a cup of coffee with splenda and cinnamon a full glass of water

Yes, I had Porridge, cooked with 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of skim milk & 1 cup of water.
After cooking, I stirred in 1 Tb of Kraft smooth peanut butter.
