I had brunch & ate a big bowl of porridge - using 1 cup of traditional rolled oats, 1 cup of skim milk, 2 cups of water, nutmeg, a sliced banana & 1/2 large mango.

It was a really filling meal & it should keep me feeling full all afternoon!!

I poached an organic, cage-free egg with a dash of salt, smoked sweet paprika (my new favorite spice), and freshly ground black pepper. Realized it really wasn't enough calorie-wise though, at only 74 calories! Oops!

I always eat breakfast and I had an Apex Fit Max vanilla protein shake with skim milk. Surprisingly filling and packed with the protein I don't always get on a vegetarian diet :)
