Sunday is about the only day my hubby and I can eat breakfast together, or rather brunch. Usually it is a pretty calorie-hefty meal. Today's was a bit more reasonable. I made breakfast bagels using Thomas' Whole Wheat Mini bagels, scrambled omega 3 eggs, reduced-fat Colby cheese and Canadian bacon. Mighty tasty!

I never skip breakfast & 9 times out of 10 it's a fruit smoothie with non-fat, plain yogurt, ground flax seed, lemon-flavored fish oil, dab of cashew butter plus the fruit--usually frozen: banana, strawberries, mango & pineapple. YUMMERS! emoticon
