1/3 cup of oatmeal in 1/2 cup of non-fat milk with 1 tsp. of honey and cinnamon. Then one egg and two egg whites, plus a cup of coffee with creamer and 1 tbsp of sugar.

Notyet, but I am going to have a poached egg on wheat toast.

Yes, I had Porridge - using 1 cup of traditional rolled oats, 1 3/4 cups of water, 1 cup of skim milk, a diced banana.
I decided to indulge & also included a single portion sachet of instant Nestle hot chocolate.

As per usual, I soaked the porridge mixture over-night in the fridge and cooked it in the microwave for about 15 minutes, making a big and creamy-tasting breakfast.

Porridge:
banana w/ blueberries

Brown sugar and nuts
Vanila and bing cerise
Banana and strawberries

I make a base with 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup mil, 2/3 cup water, vanilla, orange skin and cinnamon

Then the sky is the limit

Hi, My name is Jackie. I have read how great you have done and that you had a whey shake for breakfast. I want to have a whey shake for my breakfast too. I have chocolate light soy milk and EASE Whey protein powder then I add a tbsp of instant coffee. Do you think that's ok? I need to loose about 70lbs. I really disabled from ms, so this is a huge challenge. I am also looking for an accountability partner. What are your thoughts?emoticon
