Yes, I had Porridge - using 1 cup of traditional rolled oats, 1 3/4 cups of water, 1 cup of skim milk, a diced banana. I decided to indulge & also included a single portion sachet of instant Nestle hot chocolate.
As per usual, I soaked the porridge mixture over-night in the fridge and cooked it in the microwave for about 15 minutes, making a big and creamy-tasting breakfast.
Hi, My name is Jackie. I have read how great you have done and that you had a whey shake for breakfast. I want to have a whey shake for my breakfast too. I have chocolate light soy milk and EASE Whey protein powder then I add a tbsp of instant coffee. Do you think that's ok? I need to loose about 70lbs.
