Zone cinnamon swirl bread, toasted and spread with a littel light cream cheese. Some leftover homemade egg and milk custard (lightly sweetened with Splenda), and some apple slices.

I just made the carrot zucchini recipe that was posted in sparks recipe section. I substituted the splenda for 3/4 cup of sugar. They taste great! Moist and filling too.emoticon
